Wike: Nigerian Women Must Struggle for Political Power

Governor Nyesom Wike on Thursday called on Nigerian women to struggle for political power, instead of having it handed to them by men. 

Nothing stops women from excelling in politics, he said. 

According to him women should set up structures that would help them to achieve political mileage.

“When it comes to power, you have to struggle for it. If you are prepared for politics, you must equip yourself,” the governor added.

He spoke on Thursday during the Women’s Day event of the Rivers State Golden Jubilee celebration in Port Harcourt

JAMB Suspends Mock Examination Indefinitely

The Registrar ,  Joint   Admission and Matriculation Board, Prof. Is’haq Oloyede ,   has announced the suspension of the board’s mock examinat ion due to so me circumstances beyond its control.
