DO IT TODAY

Hi!   I hope you're having a good weekend.   Today I'd like to quickly share one thing that used to hold me back a lot in life.   You see, when I was younger I rarely took action on anything that I wanted to change in my life. My go-to excuse was often that the timing was not right and that I needed to wait for some time a little later on or for things to be perfect before I took action.   Now, the timing might not be right for all things that you or I would like to do.   But for many things there is usually a way forward.   So today, just take 1 minute and ask yourself:   What have I been postponing or procrastinating on for some time now?    Maybe you want to start your own small business online or offline. Or you want to dive back into dating again or get back into better shape. Or maybe work on  your relationship with yourself .   Maybe you have a troubling situation in yo...

Here are 7 timeless tips to help you to stop procrastinating and start living your life more fully. And if you want to then you can learn much more about becoming more productive, focu...

ONE SIMPLE HABITS THAT MAKES CLEANING EASIER

I love decluttering.  Why? A life with less clutter makes it easier to find inner peace, to focus and to keep your attention on what is most important and meaningful in life. Clutter creates distraction. It can create stress and confusion that you may not be aware of that it is creating. But after you have uncluttered there is usually a sensation of feeling calmer and lighter, a bit more upbeat and being able to think  more clearly. Uncluttering a drawer, shelf or some kind of space in your life can be an unexpectedly positive experience not just practically but for you as a person both emotionally and mentally. This is the most important reason why I declutter. But it also frees up space and in many cases saves money. If you have just 5 or 10 minutes to spare today and want to take a first step to simplify your outer and inner life  then I recommend decluttering just one small space in your house. Here's how I do it in a few simple steps. First, ...

HOW TO STOP COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHER PEOPLE. HERE ARE FIVE HELPFUL TIPS

One destructive habit is to constantly compare your life and yourself to other people and their lives.    You compare cars, houses, jobs, shoes, money, relationships, social popularity and so on.    And at the end of the day you create a lot of negative feelings within. And perhaps also outside of yourself.   But how can you stop doing it? Or at least get control of it and use it in a better way? Well, here are five tips that have helped me.   1. Be kind.   The way you behave and think towards others seems to have a big, big effect on how you behave towards yourself and think about yourself.    Judge people more and you tend to judge yourself more. Be more kind to other people and help them and you tend to be more kind and helpful to yourself.   A bit counter intuitive perhaps, but that has been my experience. The more you love other people, the more your love yourself. ...

I MUST DECREASE – Sunday October 9th 2016 I MUST DECREASE  – Sunday October 9 th 2016 Memorise: He must increase, but I must decrease. John 3:30 Read: John 3:25-30, (KJV) 25  Then there arose a question between some of John's disciples and the Jews about purifying. 26  And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him. 27  John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven. 28  Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him. 29  He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled. 30  He must increase, but I must decrease.  Bible in one year: Ezekiel 44:15-46:18, P...
