DO IT TODAY

Hi!

I hope you're having a good weekend.

Today I'd like to quickly share one thing that used to hold me back a
lot in life.

You see, when I was younger I rarely took action on anything that I wanted to
change in my life. My go-to excuse was often that the timing was not right and
that I needed to wait for some time a little later on or for things to be perfect
before I took action.

Now, the timing might not be right for all things that you or I would like to do.

But for many things there is usually a way forward.

So today, just take 1 minute and ask yourself:

What have I been postponing or procrastinating on for some time now?

Maybe you want to start your own small business online or offline. Or you want to
dive back into dating again or get back into better shape. Or maybe work on your
relationship with yourself
.

Maybe you have a troubling situation in your life that you want to solve and you
deep down know how to do that.

Or do you have something you have wanted to take action on for months or even
years now to move forward and improve your life?

Then choose to do something about it today.

You may not be able to do something about it in an ideal way or setting at this
time in your life.

That's OK. That's how life usually is.

So do what you can with what you have where you are.

Think about what you can actually practically do and ask yourself:

What is just one small step forward that I can take today?

If that small step still leads to inner resistance and procrastination then find
an even smaller step you can take to move forward.

The most important thing is that you get into motion.

Because your life is happening right now. The days are passing by.

So take action today!
