Tottenham ended their final Premier League season at the old White Hart Lane unbeaten after a 2-1 victory over Manchester United on  Super Sunday . Having called the famous stadium home for 118 years, they produced a strong performance to bid farewell in style. Victor Wanyama's powerful header opened the scoring (6) and Harry Kane scored his first top-flight goal against United two minutes after the break. Wayne Rooney threatened to spoil the party when he halved the deficit (71) but Tottenham held on in the pouring rain. The win means Spurs leave White Hart Lane without defeat this season ahead of a move to Wembley, with their new home set to be ready for the 2018/19 campaign. Jose Mourinho's side can no longer make the top four and must now beat Ajax in their Europa League final on May 24 to reach next season's Champions League.

"This moment is a really good moment for us because we are so close to reaching a fantastic target," said Conte, who has two years left on his contract at Chelsea. "We must not forget that we have to take three points in these three games. Tomorrow we have the first chance, the first opportunity to take three points. "Also, we must know to play against West Brom is not easy. They are a strong team, really physical with a good coach. For sure, the atmosphere will be very hot. ...
