A Second Republic House of Representatives member and northern leader, Dr. Junaid Mohammed, has alleged that some Igbo elders are blackmailing President Muhammadu Buhari to hand over to them in 2019. Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo has stated that the 3-man Presidential panel will probe Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Engineer Babachir Lawal, and the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency, NIA, Mr. Ayo Oke, in secret to avoid speculations.
