SECRET OF SUCCESS IN LIFE.

1. Sleep less. This is one of the best investments you can make to make your life more productive and rewarding. Most people do not need more than 6 hours to maintain an excellent state of health. Try getting up one hour earlier for 21 days and it will develop into a powerful habit. Remember, it is the quality not the quantity of sleep that is important. And just imagine having an extra 30 hours a month to spend on the things that are important to you. 2. Set aside one hour every morning for personal development matters. Meditate, visualize your day, read inspirational texts to set the tone of your day, listen to motivational tapes or read great literature. Take this quiet period to vitalize and energize your spirit for the productive day ahead. Watch the sun rise once a week or be with nature. Starting the day off well is a powerful strategy for self-renewal and personal effectiveness. 3. Do not allow those things that matter the most in your life be at the mercy of activities th

The National Universities Commission (NUC) has announced a list of unaccredited courses in Nigerian universities.

The Commission cautioned that any certificate issued for these courses will be considered void, even as it added that the unaccredited courses pose serious danger to students who study them as the certificates issued by these universities for the courses will not be officially recognised. The Quality Assurance Department of the NUC, which is in charge of accrediting courses in the universities, states that for a course to be accredited, it must meet the Benchmark Minimum Academic Standards (BMAS) that has been stipulated by the commission. Some of the requirements include: “qualified faculty members, good learning environment and adequate teaching materials – equipment, books and journals”. BROGUES

The Brogue (derived from the Old Irish bróg) is a style of low-heeled shoe or boot traditionally characterised by multiple-piece, sturdy leather uppers with decorative perforations (or "broguing") and serration along the pieces' visible edges.[1] Modern brogues trace their roots to a rudimentary shoe originating in Ireland that was constructed using untanned hide with perforations, allowing water to drain when crossing wet terrain such as a bog.[2][3] Brogues were traditionally considered to be outdoor or country footwear not otherwise appropriate for casual or business occasions, but brogues are now considered appropriate in most contexts.[4] Brogues are most commonly found in one of four toe cap styles (full or "wingtip", semi-, quarter and longwing) and four closure styles (Oxford, Derby, ghillie, and monk). Today, in addition to their typical form of sturdy leather shoes or boots, brogues may also take the form of business dress shoes, sneakers, high-heeled

However, it was manaKEY MEN FLOP AS LETHARGIC LEICESTER GO DOWN TO HULL IN PREMIER LEAGUE OPENERger-less Hull, despite having made no signings this summer following their promotion from the Championship, who edged to victory in the first game of the season. Not even a penalty incorrectly awarded to Leicester could save them. N’Golo Kante may be the only key player Ranieri has seen depart the King Power Stadium after last season’s heroics, but his absence was much more obvious than the match-winning abilities of Mahrez and Vardy.
